Who We Are
Jordon and Jenypher Diaz
In 2020, Jordon and Jen moved from New Jersey to The Bronx to become the Lead Pastors of a historical church, Glad Tidings, now known as Haven City Church. They entered the church during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic when the church was on the verge of closure. They wondered if they would even make it, but they trusted in the Lord, and He made a way. Through much prayer and perseverance, they witnessed a breakthrough, with attendance growing from 15 to now over 100 people.
In four years of pastoring, they have seen many baptized and saved, especially among Generation Z. They have seen the fatherless discover their Heavenly Father, witnessed prodigals return home, seen addictions broken, and marriages restored. Testimonies such as these have fueled their faith and excitement for what God wants to do. They are all-in to see a movement for The Bronx and to witness Gospel transformation.
